Sales Tax

We collect 6% sales tax for deliveries within New Jersey.

Special Orders

Found a piece you love, but it's the wrong size, wrong clasp, too expensive? No problem, we will be happy to build a piece just for you that meets your needs. If price is the problem, we can substitute Pewter for Balinese silver, and Chech Glass for Swarovski Crystals while retaining the same basic design, resulting in a significant savings. We don't work in base metals though, so there is a limit to the savings possible.

Shipping

We ship using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation required at a flat charge per order. We deliver only to street addresses within the United States. No P.O.  Boxes. We deliver only to credit card billing addresses for new customers. Shipments may be insured (recommended) at an additional charge.

Other shipping methods may be arranged by emailing us.

Privacy

We retain your personal information only long enough to process your orders, unless you request status as a registered customer. If you request registration (by emailing your request to adornments@snyder-net.com), we will retain your contact and log on information until you terminate your account. We do not share contact information with anyone, except where necessary to bill your credit card, or deliver your goods.

Security

All of our credit card transactions are conducted using industry standard secure protocols.

We do not retain your credit card information beyond what is necessary to process your transactions.

We do require CVV (click here to learn how to find your CVV code) on all orders. We verify all shipping addresses against credit card billing addresses. All orders are reviewed prior to charging your card and shipping. Unusually large orders may require confirmation by telephone.

Returns

We will repair or replace defective goods within 30 days of receipt. You must notify us immediately of the defect via email to adornments@snyder-net.com. If we can not repair or replace the merchandise to your satisfaction, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit or refund upon return of the merchandise, in un-used condition and original packaging, within 60 days of receipt. We make every effort to fully describe each item on this site. This policy does not apply to simple "changes of heart or mind". Our expectation is that if we deliver goods in good condition and as-described, that you will honor your purchase decision.
